Adhoc Chair of Res.44

Dear all,

This is Zhicheng Qu from China, and I was asked by WG4B chair that if APT could nominate an adhoc chair for Res.44. Since Mr. Noly cannot join us until this Friday, I'll raise this issue to today's APT meeting to find a solution.

I believe that there is a person from Indonesia delegations, who will present the ACP on behalf of APT and Mr Nolly, just advise her to be the ad hoc chair.
